We analyze technical access logs, system performance metrics, and security audits to maintain platform stability. This data is strictly used for diagnostics and is never sold.

For questions regarding our privacy practices, data processing compliance, or to request complete data erasure, contact our security desk directly.

You retain the right to request full deletion of your account information, campaign history, and authorization logs. All deletion requests are processed within thirty days.

GENOS Affiliate Sales Lab operates through npsnexus.id. Privacy inquiries and data deletion requests may be sent to support@npsnexus.id.

Account Authorization

Users explicitly authorize supported account access through OAuth. We do not collect or store social media account passwords.

Data Retention

Authorization data and technical records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Revocation and Deletion

Users may revoke platform access through their connected account settings and may request deletion by contacting support@npsnexus.id. After a verified request, applicable account data and authorization records will be deleted within thirty days, unless retention is legally required.

Third-Party Services

Our service may interact with third-party platforms through their authorized interfaces. Processing performed by those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
